Seems there is a culture of entitlement at PEX, and moreover it is evident that they are perpetually dislocating their shoulders patting themselves on the back over the discoveries / rediscoveries that have been made.
They can either transition rapidly to becoming a genuine miming company, or continue flounder and to dream up ways to reward themselves for their 'successes'. Shareholders must apply the blowtorch to ensure the right outcome is attained.
