Nah...I think they'll get it all on debt and no dilution as its paid back within a year! Whether the DFS supports the SS is another thing but I haven't seen one that doesn't, and improves the economics generally.
SA is the biggest negative but I wouldn't be surprised if they need cash now to complete all he planned drilling and studies prior to decision to mine...I'm happy to put up some cash if the terms are OK.
