Hi Names, I guess I view Director Plan shares as a ‘bonus’ above and beyond their salaries. As you know our Directors are well remunerated given the size and stage of the company.
I agree with you re the need (given the expense to the company) to have Pierce on the ground in Tanzania right now and for the past year. Strategically it may be more beneficial to have a Tanzanian in that executive role - and perhaps Mr Said could be our guy, I don’t know. Until we have more information, and this is my biggest gripe, we don’t know what roles we should have and who should be in them.
