Thank you for your thoughtful and helpful contributions (as usual). We have the numbers to move the resolution. The next step is to prepare a statement as to the reasons why the director should be removed (for circulation among the supporters of the resolution if nothing else).
I wonder if you would be prepared to assist with such a task? I am particularly interested in whether the shares (partly paid), issued to APG staff members, carry voting power or whether they have been forfeited (or cleansed). You seemed to think that the shares shown in the accounts issued to staff/directors may be inflated by forfeited shares. If we can demonstrate this, it would be useful.
I want to make sure that in any vote only those entitled to vote will vote.
