I'd be interested in knowing from Andrew a bit more about CBA's involvement. They appear to have been rock solid cornerstone investors for at least the last 3 years(as I have...... LOL).
Is there any reason why they can't or won't participate in the financing??? jointly with KFW and maybe the locals??? to a lesser extent.
Hopefully we are at a very de-risked point in our future path. I would have thought OZ banks would be looking for some more profitable and less risky lending diversification opportunities as here in OZ residential lending is going off a cliff in sydney and melbourne and in a year across the board IMHO.
