I would regard any accessible but unprocessed information about SJ at the SI Mines Department as an "unknown known" which surely it is the responsibility of AVQ to process into a "known known" input to a DFS.
My play on words was just to further highlight the disconnect between AVQ and reality which, IMO, this post from Geo implies.
