Below is an update on how my 1st EA performed in its 1st live week of trading.

It generated a net 946 pips of profit, although the average position size was only 0.04 lots. A great result but to put it in context:

The model this year has generated an average 140 pips net profit per week (averaged over winning and losing weeks) and the previous best week was just over 600 pips so this week's result is well above average - its just good timing this is the week I chose to start live

Another sign of the above is the strike rate below is 76.7% - the model this year has averaged a strike rate of 56% so again this week was well above average

The drawdown of only 1.2% is also much better than average - the model's max drawdown is approx 10%

Most importantly from my perspective is that the EA executed 100% of its instructions correctly (i.e. I found no errors in execution) - as long as it continues to operate correctly I will be happy, and statistics tell me profits will follow.
