The PEXA float was pulled from the market. It is not proceeding. In any event, the original pricing of that float was at the upper to above upper end of the future earnings profile /outlook.
As for AHF, the raising was ~44%, the take-up rate among the participating shareholders was at 53%, or an average of just over $8,000 per parcel which gives it a D (Offer D, that is). Pressure still remains.
