im just painting a what if scenario to start a conversation about what we want to happen and how we can express our concerns and greivances

ok lets assume none of those resolutions pass because we want more out of management. We send a message. 

What is the message exactly? obviously a higher share price, but how do we help the business do that?

To the best of my knowlegde things revolve around a a few things.

1. The global market is re-rating lower and there's not much that can be done about it...PGM has held up as well as any other mainly because it never exploded in the first place ie Cobalt fever, and the general irrational exuberance of the next boom mineral.

2. PGM has done some trials on Scandium in a pilot plant. 

Conducted research and marked out a place to build a small scale plant.

3. What PGM hasn't done,As far as i can tell, is sell itself and challenge the negative views or even the nuetral  views of the market which has free reign to hammer our value at will. 

Do we need a PR person?

thats all i can think of now..its just thoughts.
