That seems unlikely given the Annual Report (17/9) specifically mentioned; 'Magnis has consortium interest in two future Germanbased lithium-ion battery projects'. And went on to single TerraE out for additional clarification; 'TerraE plans to build 34GWh of production capacity acrosstwo locations in Germany. TerraE leads a project made upof 18 German companies and research institutes, which isplanning the construction, development and fit-out of thegigafactories during the next few years'. 

I have always questioned the value of any private conversation with a vested interest, especially one which is at/near 3 year lows. Anything worth knowing is reported to the market. I mean Magnis announces truck deliveries.
