Hi Nijiman - I think it wont matter if it gets reported back to them.....I would consider that the volume of disgruntled holders will be sufficient to vote most of these resolutions down and as you say at least it will be the first strike....ideally we can achieve the 2nd strike as well and result in their positions being up for grabs.....I think it is too late for any grovelling to sway the disgruntled holders.
Time for a change.
