There is no application for insolvency. Furthermore, the sale of the material sector as a major part of the company to an insider (Dr. Hebting) might cause legal trouble in case of insolvency. Probably the sale was part of the ongoing negotiations. Therefore there is no sign that greatcell is lost in Death Valley.
