One way or the other the managing director failed shareholders. He said the feasibility study was to be updated by September and now he says he needs to drill holes 'early next year' to update the feasibility study. Incompetence or not he gets much more money than the average managing director of a similar size company.
He already delayed the uranium project ( 'early next year'). His credibility is gone.
