The boat does have a slight leak.

The sp has fallen a number of times leading into another 'delay' announcement and conversely the sp headed higher a few days before the (only) positive announcement when the sp went on to reach $30+.

Also of course we have had a few traders pushing the sp from its lows then selling, the momentum waning and the sp drifting lower again. This has happened a couple of times (not to be confused with a 'number' of times).

The current rally could be either, lets hope its the former, timing is about right.
