    This is my gut feel as well. the team is on the ground at Joyce right now and has been for weeks. Not sure they would do this in a parallel with a drill in the Cobalt Camp but maybe they are just being prudent and holding back on the Cobalt Camp work whilst the other players complete their drills. Joyce is also (thank you RJ) looking like a much more likely hit
