Total of 235mil of cash and receivables.... Market cap 220mil... 65% ore price at record high... even in worst wet quarter like last one they still made healthy margin, if every quarter was similar the is PE is around 3, once normal mining resumes which it will forward PE is closer to 1... trading well under half NTA, totally incredible.... Im very comfortable to hold...They already have sold 1 of 5 apartments at budgetted price in a property downturn, must say thats bit of a egg on the face for all have bagging them for entering the property market.... property venture is only petty cash compared to the cashflow coming from the mining operations, so far so good....
