Essentually, only can 50% of the voting shares in LNY are ellegible to spill the Director this year, and oust them next year.

Ironic that a controlling group can’t vote, and can only sit and watch the guardianship pass hands....don’t you think.

I wonder if Twiggy would be interested in captaining this ship into production @ AUD1800/Oz....or perhaps Mr Kerry Stokes.
