    • CONFIRMED IT WILL NOT APPEAL NEW ZEALAND COURT OF APPEAL'S DECISION UPHOLDING STUFF/NZME MERGER
    • MERGER IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENT WAS TERMINATED
    • NEW ZEALAND COURT OF APPEAL'S DECISION UPHELD NZCC DECISION TO NOT TO CLEAR OR AUTHORISE MERGER OF STUFF LTD AND NZME LTD
