Operating expenditure is pretty lean. If they cut R&D expenditure to manage liquidity it'll send the wrong signal to the market: not really advantageous when they're trying to secure big contracts with high-value Utilities & ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Page 33 in the annual report has some info on financial risk management & liquidity strategy for the company. Hopefully they'll secure enough enterprise contracts in time to displace any need for a near-term cap raise.
