Definitely more clarity and confidence coming from this presentation.
Unless I’m reading into it too much but The Africa down under presentation stated funding options are progressing and this one states funding is well advanced, Combined with the expected funding structure.
At $53M US we are talking $80m Aussie.
This is excluding working capital over the 12-18 month build/ramp period.
Comms tower, perimeter fencing and mess/accomodation and water filtration facilities have already been completed from what I can see or close to it. The last three quarterlies have no money attributable to development though, it’s all penciled in as exploration/evaluation so I’m not sure what to make of this, if it will put a dent in the $53M or not. Either way there wasn’t huge spend here with total coming to $8M over the last 3 quarterlies, maybe half was for this work so it won’t have a major impact
I expect Tembo to front up a good chunk of the debt with the rest coming from local sources. Equity placements to offtake partners and a placement of some sort.
Including ramp up we are talking somewhere in the region of $A100m imo.
