@LUBI54: who is an Australian and familiar with the law and order of the ASX? I’m completely on your side. We have the right to know what’s going on at Greatcell. It’s really crazy to sell off the only part of GSL with a little turnover. I don’t think that it’s legal without the contribution of the shareholders to sell the main part of the company. It’s very frustrating, that we did not get any message if the deal with Mr Hebting was successful or not and what the money should be for... GSL is now a kind of burnt-out shell.

So yess we should organize a lawyer to be able to get an insight, to reorganize GSL and to contribute if there will be sold something...
