Board Overhead - Endless Grind

Arafura, definitely not a short story.  One of the endless number of quicksand stories in Western Australia.  A lot of money in, no indication of when money will come out. For what has been a non-operational project for longer than most people can remember, Arafura has been top heavy on the board and overcompensating on the administrative operations for years. Unfortunately, feeding this administrative burden and its set of influencers results in the massive equity dilution that has accompanied it. Punters money at best to fund a club which may or may not ever become operational.  The DFS finalization which is now in its 2nd or 3rd year of lag hopefully will be completed by year-end at which point maybe a final moment of moment of truth will be eked out.  Will the world pay for another non-Chinese supplier of rare earth metals in a high cost jurisdiction like Australia and will China tolerate it.
