An opportunity perhaps for CKF to become a significant player in the fast food business. Restaurant Brands (RBD in NZ) has received a non-binding partial take-over all cash offer from Finaccess for 75% at $NZ9.45/share.
RBD has a market cap of about $A840 and already operates in Australia. Maybe a merger?
