Poor desperates for cash ... because selling at a loss for 3.3 truly makes no sense whatsoever. Once the SPP is complete it will move up again because with every day that passes ... WBT will be a day closer to signing a co-peration agreement with a major player ... and when that happens? ... well lets just say I wouldn't want to be out of this stock. Only a couple of months left in this quarter and WBT always delivers ... often earlier than anticipated.
