This was an after market crossing and my understanding is that the beneficial owner moved them from one broker (i.e. Morgan Stanley) to another so that the stock can no longer be borrowed and sold on market under the Prime Brokerage conditions. This is a positive and a good move by the fund manager who is in this for the long term.
