Forgive me if this thought is silly but, thinking about the current sp, the options/tranches don't make much sense. Anyone, including the directors can purchase at on market prices currently at 1/3 or there abouts, the option price.
Question for everybody...how many of you (share holders) actually exercise your right to vote? I'm guessing not many do?
