Decent Volume

Seems someone is making a run for it which is strange given the SPP will close shortly. I wouldn’t be surprised to see something odd come out of left field with these guys and not necessarily good.

As I’ve said before and without wanting to sound like a broken record I still don’t have confidence in the 80% to 90% thing. This means someone has willingly given up an entitlement to 10%. How can this have happened? 

I’m interested to know what other posters think or if anyone knows anything?
