Text book repeat of prior cap raises for CTM. Big boys push lower and lower and it is anyone's guess how cheap they will get new issue, maybe .005?? Rinse and repeat for the greedy whales. Then they will release the brakes. Frustrating but reality for small fish .. just got to ride the waves and be prepared to wait.
