I read it differently and conclude that maybe Matt being a non-exec was fielding a lot of calls from disgruntled SI's to push for a board change.....he maybe saw that he was not going to get anywhere with the board and opted to get out before the circus implodes.
Lets hope it is the first of a number of heads that need to be rolled.
