If all assets are devalued, if there is a massive devaluation what is the future of paper money (or the promise of it from banks)"
If money is the asset against which all other assets are valued then under such scenario the future of money would be rosy as the prices of everything being measured against it would be falling making fiat money the sole storage of value.
What I thing that she is referring to is debt deflation.
