If you want to report Axiom to ASIC, no one is stopping you, except your own wise self. Begin a class action, sure, go ahead. Mind you you should consider definitions such as: vexatious or sentences that start with: allegations that have no merit.
Your claims are baseless without fact, what are your claims of wrongdoing? State your claim, what are your motives, otherwise they are simply baseless.
No Doubt next March, if you continue to hold, will determine both our destiny and many more of us! I prefer to trust the decisions of the Company, they seem to have more credible merit than assumptions! Who that has an honest background is in the running? LOI, how is that going?
"The company should be updating shareholders as to what has been transpiring." They already have and will continue to do so!
