Agree lilac, the Demetriou factor is not helping CAJ. There was a strong vote against his re-election in 2016... and that was before all the Acquire scandal played out...My other vote is against the NED share plan (res 5) - it looks benign, but then I saw it extended not just to salary sacrifice for directors fees (fine), but also that t extended to additional fees for extra service. Prone to potential exploitation.
Otherwise, I’ll support Res 4: it’s a reasonable incentive plan for AH, and Res 3, 6 & 7 are all business as usual type resolutions so I also support those.
