My guess is that many will wait for a farmout notice before looking at PCL. Azinam/chariot didn't have any luck but Azinam has farmed out to Exxon for PEL 44 so maybe that's the next one to hope that success can be found in Namibia. No date set yet however so those buying early need patience. Continued failure in Namibia won't look good so majors may start looking for greener (oilier) pastures.
