Think that T2 Knew these figures all along, Asic should be taking the  directors to the cleaners over this withholding of information. It is what we have all said all along, We could not make a fair assessment of the takeover price because price sensitive information was being withheld. The takeover panel should now make T2 COMPENSATE THOSE IDIOTS WHO SOLD and they are idiots, up to including the real valuation of this company. Unscrupulous behaviour, ASIC will stand back and do absolutely squat. God help us small investors that only remotely want a fair and just way to invest our money.
