Well,well,well what a surprise....... NOT. I take the point from previous posters here about the ASX appearing to be the cause of a further delay as VIC is waiting for further questions from the ASX. However, that must indicate that the ASX is not satisfied with with the situation with HDY as well and is comparing the answers that it is getting about the two companies.
Surely we should be pleased that the ASX is not just whitewashing what has gone on. If there only aim is to give Ellingford and Clee and co a wake up call with afew shots across the bow then we, the ordinary punters, ought to be pleased. Mind you it is one thing to pursue the cause with a string of questions but if at the end of the day the ASX simply gives them a tick instead of a ticking off then not a lot will be achieved. In fact it may well embolden their questionable behaviour in running these companies for their own ends.
So let's not jump on the ASX too much yet. Let's direct our barbs to where they should be directed.
