Erm - and another thing - with receivers appointed by Kembla over the enentity known as Cloncurry Infrastructure Pty Ltd does that not mean that the receivers can forcibly eject all CDU personnel from the assets of Cloncurry Infrastructure ? i.e. the office in town and the staff housing? Are they going to have their work force camped out under canvass on the mining lease soon?
