Eligible shareholders who have not received their Offer Documents through the mail can also obtain theirApplication Form electronically by contacting [email protected] and providing email and phone details along with their HIN or SRN and the name in which the shares are held. A replacement copy of theapplication form will be emailed forthwith.
Why dosen't every company do this? I don't know how many times I have arrived home and found stuff in the mail with offer documentation that expired a week or two before.... even after you tick the "All communication by email" preferences they still insist on mailing out documentation.
