This was always going to happen, as soon as the price went over the SPP price of 3.5 cents, small investors would start to sell at market price, above 3.5 c, then buy back through the SPP offer. Free money on the table, if you are prepared to punt on receiving your full allotment of the SPP and not get trimmed up in the wash if oversubscribed.
With the current turnover, this last CR should wash out reasonably quickly, positions will be held, then upwards and onwards.
