Pretty weak announcement from the company this morning, basically saying guilty as charged by only impact is 9%. How about defending their practices, give some assurances of the checks and balances for that 9% and the rest of the business while they are at it... Market potentially could be weighing in potential fines etc, need to re-assure practices are solid.
