The value after consolidation will be identical to what it was prior to it. If you had 10,000,000 after consolidation you would have had 500,000,000 before consolidation. 500mil x $0.002 = $1,000,000. If they were consolidated today you would end up with your 10mil shares x $0.10 = $1,000,000.
