Have a read of the Investment Manager section particularly 7.3.2 of the Replacement Prospectus Sammieboy. There's no way that Sexton will voluntarily resign BPAM as Investment Manager, and the shareholders have no way to terminate in the first 5 years. After that the agreement automatically renews and the termination fee is 5% of the portfolio value which is a nice little payout for Sexton and Gerlach.

Sexton will shut down any negative questioning at the AGM. Transparency isn't his strength.
