This is an oil and gas boom, except SXY is sitting on prime acreage, ready to be developed and sold.

Only instead of developing it (like promised), ID is sitting on it whilst every other developer is developing it.

As ive previously mentioned, SXY has seen a share price appreciation from structural shifts (in the oil price, tariffs on China gas) which any comparable company in the energy sector has benefited from. None of these were brought about or in the control of management.

Facts are facts - they are in black and white.

Believe ID self proclaimed success that SXY has if you want (even though he would go on to sell most his shares a few weeks later).

When i invested in SXY 2-3 years ago, they would hit their milestones like clockwork.
Now something has changed, and history has taught me there is more to delays.
