Sounds like an ambit claim to try to recover monies - he just joins the list of "try ons" alongside Wilshire ($165k when owed $12k), MacKinlay ($50k, all of which is in doubt) and now this guy.
From July.......why did he wait so long? Wasnt this the convertible note, that then got converted....?
Might see if I can get my investment back as well......what counts as "proof of debt" nowadays - a press article?
