Of course they are going to accumulate debt......they have no revenue!! How do you propose future management bring this company into 'profit from now on' (or was this another incorrect word)..... Would you mind sharing with us which companies you are looking at in comparison to AGR to come up with your evaluation that management are way overpaid??
