(I am talking about Tandarra deep drilling DD assay results but not Boyds Dam DD assay results)

What Bruce Key, the MD said to you is in conflict with what the Stephen Boston, the chairman, said on the Annual Report 2018 announced on Sept.28 2018 about the JV with NML.

One of them has given the wrong and misleading information IMO because the SB said "A Joint Venture agreement for the project is currently being finalised" (see below) on the annual report 2018 while BK said (to you) "Tandarra deep drilling DD samples would not be assayed until the JV agreement was in place", unless BK said this earlier than SB's comment and there is no problem about JV agreement atm and it is being finilised now.

If BK said that to you after SB's comment as Chairman on Annual Report, then there is a big problem about the informing the market.

CYL Chairman's comment on page 3 of report (4 of document);

"Prior to the 30 June 2018, your Company received notification from Navarre Minerals Limited (“Navarre” confirming the expenditure of $3 million by Catalyst (via a wholly owned subsidiary) to earn a 51% interest in the Tandarra Gold Project in accordance with the Heads of Agreement entered into with Navarre in September 2014. A Joint Venture agreement for the project is currently being finalised."
