I agree with you on a couple of points:
1. AEE has relatively low down-side risk at 1.9c; caveat being the timing of the next CR;
2. Sharing information is best for all.

If someone can share research on high recovery and costs from a roscoelite play, then everyone would benefit.

As I quoted, 85% V is from magnetite. Bushveld says 88%. Imo, the % will grow as Bushveld and Largo are both seeking to increase production. The Largo head. Mark Smith, said in an interview on Bloomberg recently, they intend to increase production by 30%.

The 3 main producers at the moment are all magnetite: Bushveld, Largo and Glencore:

Glencore produced 20.9mlb from own sources in 2017. Largo has a 100% off-take with Glencore.

The Russian EVRAZ Vanady Tula and Highveld, mainly produced vanadium via slag processing. China has banned vanadium slag. But they also have a magnetite mine:

So who extracts Vanadium from roscoelite?

NXE aka Mustang Resources. If anyone is unfamiliar with these guys, I suggest reading about their red ruby play and how that turned out.

NXE's scoping study was due on 5/10/18. It is late and the stock is suspended. Having similar ore and grades as NXE, is not optimal from an investor confidence standpoint, imo.

Vanadium from roscoelite was popular in the first half of the 1900's.

The key question:
1. Why is 85-88% of vandium currently extracted from magnetite?
2. Why did roscoelite vanadium extraction die out?
