The power loss on 30 watts is 2.5% over a Kilometer. So you put 30 watts in one end and take 29.7 watts out the other end of a 1000 meter wire.
There is no detectable loss in watts over 20 meters at 30 watts, its peanuts, you are just making crapola and stirring it.
