Some very strong wording in that audit. Came across almost as a fore warning. 

ie, "material uncertainty" , "significant doubt", "going concern". 

I feel its more than a lodging compliance issue.

wwell the audit is out now anyway, and should be followed up quick smart with a resolution announcement or better.

Doesnt matter how good the resource may be or could be. It only takes one or two heads in the office to ruin it for the rest.

The audit touched on the unresolved issues a number of times but was careful not to get to the core of it, either through not knowing or simply leaving that  to the company to reveal. 

Not real keen on the culture of this BOD.
