There is Solar going into almost every second home in some parts of Australia, and most of those feed back to grid.

Also in a City Highrise for instance, they could apply a power sharing. there are Companies setting up to arrange the power sharing rather than feed it back to grid for small gains. So in a City there would always be alot of power users nearby that would take any power surplus that is being generated, so in many cases storage wont be needed.

Also with green star ratings becoming a Thing in new Buildings, the Solar windows will be adding green stars to the rating, boosting rents, saving power and also boosting Asset valuations.

So any outlay wont be lost, it generally would add 50% more asset value than the cost. So 150% of the additional Cost would be added to the Asset value, and Valuation. So with payoff rates at 4 to 5 years, thats a 20% return on the extra cost.

20% pa power return is a righer return than rental yeilds of 5%, so its Viable times 4.

Add a 20% pa power return, plus 150% asset gain, plus a boost in rents of more extra yield than the Interest carrying cost %.

Because Im good at Maths and I understand Maths, thats the main reason why I see massive potential because Im very good at Maths and Calculating returns and percentages.

I could calculate and cut a hardwood roof when I was 16, with all the creepers, Crippled creepers, rafters, hips, flying hips , scotched vallys and basically a whole house roof off a plan at 16 because Im good with numbers and Maths,

Its because Im good with Maths that I can see massive financial potential in CPV. the payoff rate is 20-25% pa, over the extra cost. Plus asset boost, plus a boost to rental yield and green ratings. From a numbers perspective and an investment in a new Highrise perspective its a No brainer. That Solar Glass will be used World Wide on new Projects, and it could even become an essetial part of gaining Building Approvals in some cases in the future.

The future could also see carbon credits if that ever becomes a thing as well.
