SH never invested because of who the Board were they invested because there was good evidence and good leadership. Neither or which appear to be true.

Problem is that standoff leaves a big overhang of shares... Consider the number of shares that unhappy shareholders have vs the board...

Even moving forward - the SP will battle to recover...
